Exhibit Registration and Set-up begins April 6 (Wednesday) 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor registration and set-up with coffee service begins Wednesday afternoon at 1:00.

  

Exhibit Days:

Set up = April 6 (Wed.) 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit = April 7 (Thurs.) 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Exhibit = April 8 (Fri.) 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

  

Exhibit Events:

Thursday:

Exhibitor registration and set-up 8:00-9:30 am

Break with Exhibitors 10:00 -11:00 a.m.

Break with Exhibitors 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Reception 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Friday:

Break with Exhibitors 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Dismantle after 1:00 p.m., but you are welcome to stay until the end of the conference.

Conference Location: The Salem Conference Center is a premier venue for meetings and conferences in Oregon. Exhibits will be set up in the Willamette Room. 200 Commercial St SE Salem, OR 97301 (503) 589-1700

Decorator Service Pacific Exposition Decorating Company (PEDCO) will send a letter with information on how to access the online Exhibitor kits. The letters will be mailed approximately 4 weeks before the conference. If your company is registered but does not receive the mailing, please contact Michele Burke, Exhibits Chair.

Booth description from PEDCO: A booth has a standard 8' high pipe and drape backwall, together with 3' high draped side rail dividers of all flame retardant material in a 8'x10' configuration. Also included will be (1) 6' skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket and a booth id sign. The table is a table top booth with an 8' high backwall, (1) skirted table, (2) chairs and an id sign (no 3' draped side rail dividers or floor space).

*If you require or desire electricity, please bring a 3-prong extension cord. If you do not bring a cord, the conference center will charge a $15 electrical fee payable onsite the day of the conference.

Attending Conference Events Tickets are available for purchase to attend OLA conference meals and other activities. We welcome your participation! You may register in advance for meals only.

Site Information: The exhibits committee will determine booth location based on order of registration, and payment. Please let us know if you have special preferences. We will attempt to follow any special requests you note on your Registration Form although location of computer connections may effect booth locations. There are no connection costs for wireless.

Consider Sponsoring an event or purchasing advertising space in the Conference Program

 Advertising: We will have a professionally printed conference booklet that will be given to all conference attendees.  We expect to have about 400-500 attendees from all over Oregon. Many of these professionals will be staying here in Salem for the conference and will be patronizing local businesses.  Conference programs are often saved by attendees and shared with colleagues for further reference.  We have a limited amount of advertising space available.  Rates are as follows:

 

 Full Page: $500

 Half Page: $250

 Quarter Page: $125

 

 Sponsorship: OLA depends on the generosity of our vendors and local businesses to put on a successful and informative conference.  We have many levels of sponsorship available this year.  Your generous contribution will help pay for meals, break times, special speakers, the printed program, the All Conference Reception and more. Your company will be recognized at the conference as a sponsor.  Sponsorship levels are as follows:

 

Pre-Conference Break: $250-500

Keynote Speaker: $500

Break: $1000

Awards Lunch: $2000

  OLA Lunch and Business Meeting: $2000

All conference reception: $2000
