Who makes up your community and what are their needs? Concentrating on the practical, the workshop will focus on outreach to immigrants, poor people, older adults and new readers and utilizing highly-skilled volunteers. Participants will come away with tools and materials to get started, and strategies for bringing library services to everyone in the community.
